Does anyone know if Dockside Marine is going out of the boat selling business?

That's a good question, why do you ask?  In 2008 I purchased my boat from them, very good people to do business with. However, just last week I brought my boat in for some warranty service and found out they are no longer selling or supporting the Regal boat line.  To top it off, the Ticonderoga location was basically empty, maybe one or two boats inside that I took notice of.  My first thought was downsizing with the economy, but it wouldn't entirely shock me if they are going out of business.

I also purchased a new boat from them in 07. From what I here from other people who also have bought boats from them that they are finding it hard to get service. I also found them very good to do business with. It will be a shame if they stop selling formula boats but then again some one will pick up the formula line.Posible Halls boat company? Lets see what happens.

I'm sure it will all shake out before to long.  I'm pretty sure Castaway Marina picked up the Regal boat line already, and I would place a bet if Dockside completely drops out, someone will jump on Formula line very quickly.

I purchased my Formula from them in 07 and had a horrible experience with both the sales and service departments.  I would be thrilled if another dealer picked up the Formula boat line.
